I’m a circadian optimization coach, writer, and co-founder of The 2AM Podcast. My passion for circadian biology and its impact on health began after the loss of my father to heart disease in 2015 at just 51. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and teaching the powerful connection between our body’s natural rhythms and optimal health.
Why I’m Obsessed With This Work
I’ve witnessed too many people close to me struggle with chronic disease, which drives my mission to share the life-changing impact of circadian biology. My work reflects my passion for health and my commitment to making these foundational principles accessible to everyone. While my athletic background initially sparked my curiosity about wellness, it was my father’s passing from a second heart attack that ignited a deep, unwavering dedication. From that moment, I committed to a comprehensive approach to health, ultimately leading me to the transformative power of circadian biology.
